Core skills:
– Strong communication skills, including excellent command of English
– Professional curiosity and a proactive attitude
– You independently acquire new knowledge when needed
– You research the broader context of the application, user base, and client
– Your default answer to unfamiliar questions is: I’ll figure it out and let you know what I find
– You actively suggest improvements to the application
– Self-discipline and time ownership
– Autonomous workstyle
– You can pick up the next item from the backlog and define the details yourself
– You’re not dependent on a large team for motivation or direction
Tech stack:
– TypeScript 3+ years of experience
– Svelte / SvelteKit
– SQL (PostgreSQL, Drizzle, Prisma) and scripting for table automation
– HTML / CSS / DOM
– Node.js
– Git
– Bonus: Experience with Google Cloud (IAM, roles/permissions, Cloud Build, security)
