Key Responsibilities:
–Content Creation:
- Develop interactive e-learning modules from storyboards.
- Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
- Create multimedia content (videos, animations, graphics, podcasts, microlearnings, mixed reality, etc.).
Content Maintenance:
- Update and enhance existing learning materials.
- Implement improvements based on user feedback.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with learning designers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication and cohesive learning experiences.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects and deliver on time.
- Monitor project progress and ensure quality standards.
Innovation:
- Stay current with learning technologies and methodologies.
- Experiment with new tools and techniques to boost engagement.
What You Bring:
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
– Degree in instructional design, multimedia design, computer science, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital learning solution development.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, AI tools).
- Strong multimedia and web technology skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, HTML).
- Creative, adaptable, and innovative mindset.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
