Required skills / experience:

• Previous work experience in at least one larger company; experience in pharma or clinical trials is a plus
• Demonstrated persistent commitment to work
• Proven track record in programming (R or Python); experience with R, Posit Cloud, and Git is a plus
• Strong communication skills; experience in stakeholder management is a bonus
• Open-minded and forward-thinking
• Good English skills (both written and verbal)
  
  Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement data models aligned with the analytics framework to support quality-related decision-making.
• Manage and coordinate projects evaluating the impact of QM initiatives in the Medicine organization.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the QM analytics framework.
  
  Accountabilities
• Understand quality-related business problems and develop and optimize use cases for the analytics framework.
• Understand data, IT, and business constraints.
• Investigate additional data sources for predictive analytics modeling.
• Generate and interpret data analytics outputs for quarterly Business Intelligence reporting.
• Apply advanced data science expertise to optimize QM data analytics models and use cases.
  
  Data Management Operations
• Develop and maintain compliant data operational processes.
• Develop and maintain monitoring processes for data science models in production.
• Develop and implement processes for oversight of data collection, curation, and review.
