Required skills / experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience
- Good English skills (both written and verbal)
- Proven experience with LangSmith and n8n.
- Strong background in Prompt Engineering across multiple AI models.
- Hands-on experience with RAG architectures and chunking optimization.
- Solid understanding of Agentic RAG and multi-step reasoning approaches.
- Expertise in model fine-tuning (PEFT, LoRA, and other strategies).
- Experience implementing EVAL and performance measurement systems for AI agents.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
- Familiarity with multi-model orchestration and best practices in AI system design.
