Welcome to the journey of joining BackstageIT team! Whether you’re looking for more information about our company before you send your CV, you’re in the recruitment process, or even already got your job offer from us, we’re excited to share what lies ahead once you come on board.
Let’s get started. Your first step will be adapting to office life. We understand that returning to the office after the pandemic might feel a bit overwhelming, but you’re not alone. Many of our team members have made this transition and now really appreciate the experience.
Why do we focus on office presence? It’s all about building personal connections and collaboration. Bringing our ≈100 team members together a few days a week enriches our culture and improves the work we do for our clients. While we value interaction, we also offer the flexibility to partially work from home, giving you the best of both worlds.
Your first week
So, you’re here – what happens next? On your first day, you’ll dive into our company culture, values, and strategy. The rest of the week will introduce you to your client’s product, workflow, and culture. One of the highlights will be meeting new colleagues who will invite you to join them for daily shared lunches, helping you connect with your team from day one.
Team onboarding
After your first day, you’ll start onboarding with your international team. This phase can last from a week to longer, depending on your role and specialization. You’ll learn about your tasks, the tools you’ll use, and your team’s processes. It might seem like a lot of information at first, but don’t worry – everyone has been there, and you’ll get a lot of support.
Three months in
After three months of working at BackstageIT, we’ll have a feedback session. This is your opportunity to share how things are going, what you like, and what could be improved. We’re here to encourage your growth and make sure you’re succeeding in your role.
Now that your onboarding is over, you’re ready to start your BackstageIT experience – congratulations and welcome!
